Well we had a wonderful 13 day visit with our children and grandsons, Clark & Dex. We did a lot of things. We went to the zoo, the botanical gardens the train place and so much more. We had our obligatory Pappy's "fix" of pulled pork and corn-on-the-cob. We went to The Hill and enjoyed a great Italian dinner at Zia's. I had the Spiedini Proscuitto: which consisted of white breast meat marinated, lightly dusted in breadcrumbs, basted in lemon butter and charbroiled. Topped with white wine, lemon butter sauce with proscuitto ham, slicedmushrooms and provel cheese. It was Hmmmmmm, Yummy!
